Our ethics line purpose is to follow-up, investigate, and if needed, sanction any behavior that violates our Ethics Code and our Supplier Code.

The information provided will be confidential and anonymous, if so decided. All complaints will be reviewed by our Ethics Committee. Inappropriate use of the line will also be investigated.

OPS Contact Center prohibits any form of retaliation or intimidation against anyone who reports in good faith, even if the complaint after being investigated does not proceed.
